Things to prepare:

Part I:

1 Beef brisket (3 1/2 to 4 lbs)
Sliced garlic
Red wine 1 cup per piece of meat
Sliced onion (1 onion per 2 lbs of beef)
Sliced fresh white mushroom or canned - whichever is available
1 or 2 packages of onion lipton soup

1) Seasoned meat with salt and pepper
2) Slit meat and insert sliced garlic then put aside
3) Use a thicker roasting pan and fry sliced onion (just brown)
4) Place meat on top
5) Pour 2 cups of wine
6) Spread 2 packages of onion soup on top of meat
7) Place sliced mushrooms enough to spread on top of meat (if you like mushroom, add more)
8) Use cover or cover with foil tightly around the sides
9) Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 2 hours
10) Separate the sauce from the beef
11) Beef must be sliced thinly only 20 minutes before serving and pour the sauce on top before serving; or can be saved for next day, just heat in microwave before serving
